We have several instructional videos on our website. We found that sometimes it helps to see someone demonstrating beer brewing or winemaking techniques. We also have an extensive “How To” section filled with informative product information, recipes and helpful hints to enhance your creative experience.
If you are a first time brewer or winemaker we have created a BrewWizard and a WineWizard to guide you through the process of choosing your equipment and ingredients. It’s like having your own personal shopper helping you select exactly what you need for your new hobby.
For those of you already well into your brewing experience we have developed a Free BrewLab App for the iPhone. Our BrewLab lets you compose a beer recipe from hops, malts, and yeast. Original gravity, final gravity, bitterness in IBUs, color in °SRM, and percent alcohol by volume are estimated based on the ingredients. Customer Service
Our orders are shipped via UPS and Priority Mail directly from our warehouse on a daily basis. Orders usually ship within 24 hours. With our UPS tracking system we can efficiently track your order during its transit to you.
