Beer and Wine Hobby offers a variety of ways to place an order.
- Online: Order online with secured pages for entry of your credit card number.
- By Mail: Complete the order process online with the shopping cart forms, choose the option to print it out, and mail it to us at 155 New Boston Street, Unit T, Woburn, MA 01801-6201.
- By Phone: Call us at 1-800-523-5423 and we will be happy to process your order.
Online Payment methods
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card and Beer & Wine Hobby gift certificates.
- Checks and money orders are welcome any time, payable to Beer & Wine Hobby. Your order will be released when the check or money order clears our processor.
- Gift certificates are available online
If an item is listed as a special order, it will have to be ordered especially for you and cannot be returned.
In Stock orders usually ship within 1 – 2 business days
Super Saver Shipping
- Orders under 25lbs will receive a promotional rate of $7.99
- Orders between 26lbs-50lbs will receive a promotional rate of $15.99
- Super Saver Shipping may not be combined with any coupon or other promotional offer
- Prior purchases are not eligible
- If you return an item, we refund shipping only if the return was due to our error.
- Super Saver exclusions:
- Items of large size/weight. Examples include glass products and wine kits
- Orders requiring multiple boxes
- Special orders
- Orders shipping to AK, HI and other territories
Mixing Super Saver and non-Super Saver items will default to standard shipping charges
Expedited Shipping – UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Three Day Select
- Orders ship out same day if received by 3:00 PM EST. If a product in your order enters backorder status, before your order is picked, you will be contacted via phone and/or email.
Tracking Your Shipment - UPS will email your shipping details when your order ships. You may not receive an email for Super Saver or other shipping types.
Freight Items - (Truck Shipment Only)
- Large items such as wine presses, crushers and stainless tanks will be shipped via truck. We will contact you with a quote before processing your order. Our shopping cart does not accurately quote freight on truck delivery orders.
- Items will be marked “Truck Shipment Only” and will be charged actual carrier freight charges and crating charges if applicable. The charges will be calculated upon receipt of your order. We will obtain the best possible shipping rate / transit time for your items and will contact you via phone and/or email to obtain your approval of the shipping charges.
- The freight shipping charge is calculated is based on the following: Item physical and dimensional weight, Item classification and your shipping address, if the address is residential or commercial and if you need a lift-gate at that location to remove the items out of the truck.
- Sometimes there are situations where multiple items can fit on one pallet. If you are ordering multiple freighted smaller items, such as, fermentation tub, a crusher and or a stand, it might fit on one pallet. You can always call us for a custom freight quote.
- At this time we do not ship orders to Canada and other countries. We only ship within the US and its territories.
Guarantee / Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund your money promptly upon receiving the return . All refund requests MUST be made within 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
- Call us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending back the merchandise. Returns without an RMA are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- All shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Food products and special order items are not returnable.
In case of damaged or broken merchandise, do not return the items ; please notify UPS at 1-800-PICK UPS so claims may be handled promptly. Once you have contacted UPS, please contact us with the claim number so we can replace your products. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
