ROM Belgian Style Summer Ale Like most things, homebrew has its season. Dark, hearty homebrews feel good in the fall and winter, and light pilsners and ales are tasty going down on a hot summer afternoon. Our new Belgian Style Summer Ale recipe (similar to Sam Adams Summer Ale) is one of those beers; a warm weather beer that doesn’t skimp on flavor. Our new summer sensation homebrew features a combination of barley malt, wheat, plus the addition of grains along with seeds of paradise. “Grains (Seeds) of Paradise” is an actual type of spice from the ginger family, first used in brewing since the 13th century.
