Vinegar Cultures
Vinegar culture contains a portion of "mother" along with active acid bactar in various mediums such as red or white vinegar, cider vinegar or malt vinegar. 8oz jar.
These Natural Mother of Vinegar Cultures come in 8 oz /bottle. Basic equipment & instructions for making vinegar:1 gal. jug, cotton ball or cotton towel, 1 bottle vinegar culture, 16 oz of your favorite wine & 8 oz of water. Next, empty the wine & water into the jug & pour in the vinegar culture, stir & cover with a clean cotton towel or plug a cotton ball on to the mouth of jug. Let it stand in a warm place between 80°- 90°F. Air is required in the conversion process! Complete conversion to vinegar is achieved in about 2-3 months. Save some of the converted vinegar as a culture for the next batch.
