Unfamiliar Names , what are they??
Because wine kits are produced in Canada, they are under agreement not to use some wine names considered proprietary by the French government. The Canadian Home Wine and Trade Association has come up with substitute trademarked names noted below.

These names are listed for the benefit of customers in the United States and should not be considered a violation of the Canadian agreement.
