Coopers - Australian Draught

The Master Brewers at Coopers Brewery have created beer kits designed to produce top-quality beer. Each Coopers Beer No-Boil Kit contains hopped malt and yeast. Each kit does require an additional (2 lb.) of dry malt extract to produce 5 gallons of  beer.

 

We recommend the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew.

 

 

Draught: A full and flavorsome beer displaying a clean crisp taste with a subtle "bitter" flavor.  Light yellow-gold color with a tightly packed white head, floral nose, with a hint of malt, medium-bodied palate with delicate hopping and a slightly bitter finish. The most discerning draught drinker will appreciate this beer.
