Coopers - Australian Real Ale

Real Ale: Bright golden color with a strong head, pleasant blend of fruit and malton the nose with a generous mouthfeel and moderately bitter finish. A good example of a Coopers Traditional Ale.

We recommend the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew.

The Master Brewers at Coopers Brewery have created beer kits designed to produce top-quality beer. Each Coopers Beer No-Boil Kit contains hopped malt and yeast. Each kit does require an additional (2 lb.) of dry malt extract to produce 5 gallons of  beer.
