Coopers - Australian Stout

Stout: Dark brown color with a persistent head resembling espresso coffee, a blend of coffee, chocolate and grain aromas, exceptional mouthfeel and dark malt characteristics. The combination of malt tannins and hop bitterness results in a dry finish. The stout is a fine example of the robust, full-flavored stout family. The unique, rich and dark texture of this product is produced by specially roasted black malt.

We recommend the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew.

Coopers No-Boil Ingredient Kits include Hopped Malt and Yeast. Each kit does require an additional (2 lb.) of dry malt extract to produce a standard 5 gallon batch of  beer.
