Biofine Beer Finings

Aids in speeding up clarification by accelerating sedimentation of yeast and other insoluble material into a compact layer at the bottom of the fermenter.

Usage for 5 gallons. Prepare by thoroughly dissolving 1/4 tsp in 2 oz of cool water. Let stand for 20 minutes. Add after fermentation only.
