Complete System includes: (4) Mini Kegs, (1) Mini Keg Adapter, (1) Tap-A-Draft Regulator w/ Drip Tray, (1) Box 8 Gram CO2 Cartridges and
(4) two piece reusable bungs.
The Mini Keg Adapter allows you to use the Tap-a-Draft System with the aluminum Mini Kegs. TAP-A-DRAFT is an easy to use, beverage dispensing system that uses standard food grade disposable CO2 cartridges to regulate the mini keg, keeping beverages carbonated. As the beverage is dispensed, the cartridges replace the vacant space in the mini keg with CO2. This regulated pressure allows the mini keg contents to flow effortlessly from the easy-to-use tap. Utilizes two 8-gram CO2 cartridges. The Tap-A-Draft regulator allows for greater versatilty as you can create Guiness Gas by using one CO2 cartridge and one N2O cartridge.

Mini Keg Instructions
For a 5 gallon batch of beer you will need: (4)Mini Kegs, (4)Two-Piece Re-usable Bungs, a Tap-A-Draft Dispensing Regulator, a Tap-A-Draft Adapter and CO2 Cartridges.

This food grade plastic adapter will allow you to use the Tap-A-Draft dispensing regulator to dispense from a Mini Keg. Fill mini keg and prime with 1 Tablespoon priming sugar per keg, leaving an inch of headspace. Seal keg with two piece reusable bung. Allow beer to carbonate naturally at room temperature. (Approx. 7 � 14 days) When ready to dispense screw your Tap-A-Draft dispensing regulator into the adapter, and then push the assembled adapter into the bung. You will now be able to use the Tap-A-Draft head in the horizontal position to dispense the keg. After dispensing the first beer place the (2) CO2 cartridges in the dispensing unit to keep the mini keg pressurized.
For the balance of your kegs simply prime and seal with reusable bung and follow the above instructions.

Note: To create a Guinness style gas use (1) CO2 cartridge and (1) N2O cartridge in the Tap-A-Draft dispensing regulator.
