Pilsner: Bohemia's brewing gift to the world, adapted to produce a historically golden, clean, crisp brew. With a sharp hop aroma, bright, clear color and a typical lager malt character, Coopers Pilsener is a real palate pleaser. Each kit does require the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew.
