India Pale Ale: Originated at Burton-on-Trent to be shipped out to India, Africa and the Colonies. The full-strength flavor of this beer is the result of traditional, prolonged mashing time. Its balancing hop bite and malty fullness give it a special zest!

Each kit does require an additional (2 lb) of dry malt extract to produce a standard 5 gallon batch of beer. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew. 3.75 lbs
