Coopers - Australian Lager

Coopers No-Boil Ingredient Kits include Hopped Malt and Yeast. Each kit does require an additional (2 lb.) of dry malt extract to produce a standard 5 gallon batch of  beer.We recommend the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew. Experience the many styles of home brew that the Master Brewers at Coopers Brewery have created. Lager: Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Australian premium malted barley and Tasmanian Hops. When fermented these ingredients combine to produce a full-bodied Australian Lager that is distinctive and refreshing to the taste.
