European Lager: Europe is home to a multitude of breweries and as such, boasts a greater variety of beer styles than any other region in the world. Europe, being the birthplace of lager style beer, is considered to be the heartland of premium lager. Coopers European Lager captures the style of the finest quality lagers exported from Northern Europe. Serve well chilled in a tall, narrow glass and savour the herbaceous hop aroma and crisp finish.

Each kit does require the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew.

Each beer kit, whether it is a Lager, IPA, or an Irish Stout, is designed to produce top-quality beer. Coopers No-Boil Ingredient Kits include Hopped Mal and Yeast. Each kit does require an additional (2 lb.) of dry malt extract to produce a standard 5 gallon batch of beer.
