Mountmellick - Export Ale

Export Ale: This is a light amber hoppy ale modelled on the full-bodied beer available across mainland Europe. Serve chilled to appreciate its rich character. We recommend the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew. 4 lbs

Mountmellick 4 pound malt kits are each produced from a unique, secret blend of roasted 2-row, malted barley and a choice selection of English, full resin hops. All balanced to recreate four traditional styles of Irish beers. Each can makes up to 5 gallons. Comes with complete directions. Yeast is included.
