This isn't your ordinary apple cider !!
Our 1-Gallon Jugs contain a spectacular blend of Apple Cider that is specially pressed to produce premium hard cider. We recommend 5 to 51/2 gallons of fresh apple cider to yield 5 gallons of hard cider. We also recommend using Ale yeast for a sweeter cider and English Cider yeast or Champagne yeast for a dry cider.
