High Gravity Series - Killer Pumpkin Ale

Packed with rich malts to balance the pumpkin and spices, the 2011 edition of Killer Pumpkin is the perfect ale to drink as Autumn air turns brisk. Drink in moderation as this edition is very much an Imperial ale.
 

Also allow 2 - 4 weeks for fermentation.

Required but NOT Included Items:
5 lbs Freshly cooked seeded and pureed pumpkin or
(2) 15oz. cans pumpkin pie filling,
1 Tbsp. Crystallized Ginger (Recommended)
Requires (1) Large Muslin Bag NOT included.

Our High Gravity (High Alcohol) recipe series are quality proven brews. Each kit yields five gallons, and is available with your choice of Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast or Dry Yeast. All kits are pre-packaged and pre-measured and come with complete instructions. For freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind grains.
