It is unfortunate, but apparently an uncorrectable condition that crushers/ destemmers/ presses often suffer minor damage in transit from Italy. The cost of assuring that no damage will occur is not compatible with their price range. These units will perform their intended function well enough however, scratches and dents will be unavoidable. We will do our best to send the best available product at your most reasonable cost not affecting quality of product.
