International Series Australian Pale Ale

Australian Pale Ale: Due to popular demand our master brewers have developed a beer concentrate in the style of the famous Coopers original Pale Ale which is considered an Australian icon. The finest 2-row barley, hops and specially selected yeast combine to produce a beer with fruity and floral characters, balanced with a crisp bitterness and compelling flavour perfect for every occasion.

Each kit does require the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew.
 

Coopers No-Boil Ingredient Kits include Hopped Malt and Yeast. Each kit does require an additional (2 lb.) of dry malt extract to produce a standard 5 gallon batch of  beer.
