Mountmellick - Irish Stout

Mountmellick 4 pound malt kits are each produced from a unique, secret blend of roasted 2-row, malted barley and a choice selection of English, full resin hops. All balanced to recreate four traditional styles of Irish beers. Each can makes up to 5 gallons. Comes with complete directions. Yeast is included.

Irish Stout: Strong and full of body, serve chilled to appreciate this very dark, very hoppy stout. You will really enjoy this full-bodied beer. We recommend the addition of 2 lbs of corn sugar or dried malt extract plus priming sugar to complete this brew. Two cans of malt may be used instead of one can and corn sugar to make an all-malt brew. 4 lbs
