Lipase Powder (Italase) - for Mild Cheese 2oz.
Product Description
This Italian Lipase adds a mild flavor to Italian cheeses such as Mozzarella, Parmesan, Feta and others. Each 2 oz bottle contains about 10 teaspoons, or enough to do 80-160 gallons of milk, depending on your taste. Store tightly sealed in the freezer for up to 6 months for optimum performance.
Directions: For each two gallons of milk, disolve 1/8-1/4 teaspoon lipase powder in 1/2 cup of cool water one half hour before use. Add to milk just prior to rennet.
