Experienced brewers know that oxygen-rich wort means healthy yeast cells, shorter lag phases, and faster fermentations. Adding pure oxygen to your wort is much more efficient than splashing or shaking a carboy full of beer. The O2 Oxygenation Kit includes instructions, a small Oxygen Regulator, Stainless Steel Diffusion Stone with 0.5 micron pores, and all the necessary Tubing. *(You provide a disposable oxygen cylinder, available at any hardware store.)
