Product Description
French medium toast chips add a soft oak flavor to your wine. The flavor is much softer and more vanilla-like than American Oak.
Use: Steam oak chips for 5 minutes prior to adding to wine or wort. Add 2-4 oz to 5 gallons. Leave for 6-8 weeks or until desired taste.
