High Gravity Series Old Ale

Old Ale: This 8% ABV High Gravity kit is malty-sweet with a complex blend of dried-fruit, caramel, nut and toffee.  The mouthfeel is medium with a lingering head that produces gorgeous Belgian lacing down your glass.

For maximum flavor aging for 6 - 8 weeks is recommended.

Our High Gravity (High Alcohol) recipe series are quality proven brews. Each kit yields five gallons, and is available with your choice of Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast or Dry Yeast. All kits are pre-packaged and pre-measured and come with complete instructions. For freshness and quality, we do not pre-grind grains. Some kits may require additional ingredients which are NOT included, and are noted in each recipes description. (Please note - these kits DO NOT contain bottle caps or muslin bags.)
