Orange Peel can be used to add flavor to beer or wine. One of the most poplular specialty herbs, key ingredient in Belgian style white beers; use 1/2 oz. to one oz. depending on your taste for 5gl. batch of beer. Add the last 15 to 20 minutes from the end of the boil.
