ROM Celtic Red Ale

All of our Recipe of the Month kits are proven quality brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured, complete with instructions, ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons. Most kits now available with either: Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months or at other times.  Includes: Specialty Grains, Malt Extracts, Hops, etc.  (Please note-these kits DO NOT CONTAIN bottle caps or muslin bags).

Celtic Red Ale: This recipe of the month was developed to create a very traditional lightly hopped, slightly sweet red ale. Characteristic beautiful deep red color, rich and warm with a wonderful creamy head - a must for any brewer or drinking assistant. Celtic Red Ale is the perfect complement to any party.
