Christmas Ale: One of our most popular recipes since 1993! This deep rich amber malty ale has wonderful undertones of holiday spices (honey, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and allspice) which enhances the particular characteristics of this style of beer. This recipe is a treat for the holidays and for those who admire your skills as a brewmaster.

All of our Recipe of the Month kits are proven quality brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured, complete with instructions, ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons. Most kits now available with either: Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months or at other times.  Includes: Specialty Grains, Malt Extracts, Hops, etc.  (Please note-these kits DO NOT CONTAIN bottle caps or muslin bags).
