Our traditional IPA with a light (color) and hoppy flavor is one of our most popular recipes. Oak chips
are included to create a more robust flavor in this full bodied ale.

All of our Recipe of the Month kits are proven quality brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured, complete with instructions, ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons. Most kits now available with either: Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months or at other times.  Includes: Specialty Grains, Malt Extracts, Hops, etc.  (Please note-these kits DO NOT CONTAIN bottle caps or muslin bags).
