ROM Tropic-ale Coconut Lime Ale

Coconut in beer? You betcha - and lime! Don't let the fact that you can't get it anywhere else fool you. You first are greeted with the coconut aroma, then the perfect blend of lime bittering flavor, and finish with the coconut aftertaste. We went all the  way to the equator for this one! It's light and drinks well all summer long, in fact, the hotter it is, the more this quenches your thirst! 

All of our Recipe of the Month kits are proven quality brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured, complete with instructions, ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons. Most kits now available with either: Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months or at other times.  Includes: Specialty Grains, Malt Extracts, Hops, etc.  (Please note-these kits DO NOT CONTAIN bottle caps or muslin bags).
