ROM Maple Pale Ale

We started with a classic clean soft pale ale and added just the right amount of *pure maple syrup to give you a hint of maple flavor and aroma.
Our Maple Pale Ale is uniquely balanced. The maple flavor is subtle yet not overpowering and plays nicely with the aromatics of the hops. The addition of pure maple syrup at bottling time will enhance the maple flavor. Produces a beautiful creamy head and can be primed with maple syrup or dry malt as noted in recipe. Wonderfully Different!
