ROM Maple Porter

Maple Porter: Our new recipe is a full-bodied, mildly hoppy, traditional English porter with the addition of Pure Maple Syrup, which create subtle undertones of maple flavor. This complements this style of beer perfectly. Black and chocolate malt gives our porter its deep, rich, blackish-brown color. The addition of pure maple syrup at bottling time will enhance the maple flavor. Produces a beautiful creamy head and can be primed with maple syrup or KreamyX as noted in recipe. If you like maple syrup and have never had a maple porter before you must give it a try. This is the perfect beer to brew when the sap is running. Our Maple Porter will certainly set off your spring fever! Wonderfully Different!
