ROM Pre-Prohibition Spiced Lager

Step back in time and try this brew that dates back over 100 years. For our new recipe, we wanted to revive a style of beer that you aren't likely to see at your local store or brewery. Our pre-prohibition style lager is full flavored and uses orange peel and juniper berries to bitter and preserve. Not at all a "fruit" beer!

All of our Recipe of the Month kits are proven quality brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured, complete with instructions, ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons. Most kits now available with either: Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months or at other times.  Includes: Specialty Grains, Malt Extracts, Hops, etc.  (Please note-these kits DO NOT CONTAIN bottle caps or muslin bags).
