ROM Summer Ale - with Dry Yeast

Summer Ale: A light golden colored, light to medium-bodied smooth ale. It's spiced with a single hop variety. The result is a truly refreshing, summer ale that's a splendid thirst quencher. Our Summer Ale should be enjoyed ice- cold with a simple range of fruit, or slip a wedge of lime into the glass. Alternatively, match with summer salads and stir-frys to complement the food's light flavours. A light, smooth ale. Contains dry yeast. Perfect for the warmer weather.
