Saaz Hop Pellets - 1 Ounce

Grown in the Czech Republic. Primarily used as an aroma hop. Best known for its mild spicy aroma and mild flavor. Low alpha acid makes Saaz not very effective as a bittering hop. Average Alpha: 3-5% Use in Pilsners, Lagers. Wheats and Belgian-style Ales.
