Fairly new hop from Yakima. Aroma and flavor can vary from fruity (passionfruit and apricot) to woodsy and piney. Works best as a bittering hop due to its high alpha acid, but may be used for aroma. Average Alpha: 12-14% Use in American Ales, IPAs and Double IPAs.
