Vinegar Crock Kit

This is an exclusive set of supplies and equipment to get you started in making homemade vinegar.

Vinegar kit for making 1 quart of red or white wine vinegar, to be built up to larger volume as conversion takes place.

Vinegar Kit Includes: (1) porcelain crock with spigot and cover, (1) 8 ounce red or white wine vinegar culture, "Making Vinegar at Home" book, and instructions.

You will first make 1 quart of vinegar, which takes a few months. Then you can remove some for storage in the bottle, and replace with red wine, which will keep converting to vinegar every time you add more in small amounts. You provide the red wine, either homemade or commercial.
