#40 Painted Base Bladder Press with Painted base and Aluminum Cage

Bladder presses make winemaking easy!  With just a small amount of water from a garden hose, you can effortlessly press grapes with high efficiency. 

The #40 Idopresse Bladder Press has a capacity of 40 liters, or approximately 11 gallons of must. This press has a red painted bottom base and stainless steel cage.

The press is operated by completely filling with must (grape skins, pulp and some stems) and using water to fill the bladder which is in the center of the press.  Similar to a ballon, the bladder fills and pushes the must toward the cage, squeezing it dry.  A protective nylon net and plastic sheet protect the components.

The stainless mesh cage cleans easily and won`t erode over time.
