Our All-Grain Berliner Weisse kit is a super refreshing, tart, wheat beer thats light and perfect for the warmer weather. It has a lemony-citric fruit sharpness that pairs well with spring and summer foods.

Fermentation Temp: 68 - 72F

ABV: 3.2%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
