What began as a quest to clone Sierra Nevadas Pale Ale (SNPA), turned into Nearly Nirvana Pale Ale (NNPA.) Along with NNPAs deliciousness, its beauty lies in its simplicity. The current iteration of NNPA is a tad more malt and hop forward than SNPA, and just a skosh bigger. The recipe has been tweaked many times over the years, but the current iteration is, to me, Goldilocksjust right. 

Your craft brew kit includes specialty grains, malt extracts, hops, and additives.  

Be sure to add one small muslin bag to your order;  it is required but NOT included!
