Dark roasted malt made from 2-row barley. Has a dry, roasted flavor that`s slightly sharp but seriously neutral. Imparts dark brown to black color to wort, but unlight roasted (unmalted) barlry, Black Malt has little effect on the foam color of the finished beer.
