• 2 Vegetable Rennet Tablets
• Citric Acid
• Our Mozzarella and Ricotta recipes

You can add flavor to your cbeese by adding

• Lipase - a natural enzyme that adds a slight amount of sharpness to cheeses like mozzarella
• Cheese Salt - non-iodized flaked cheese salt is a staple for cheesemakers.  A teaspoon adds the perfect amount to our mozzarella recipe
