Four Star is a Massachusetts sustainable farm that grows hops, wheat and turf. The farm offers some amazing local hops and we are incredibly proud to offer them to you.
Teamaker is really interesting; its a high aroma hop that imparts very little bitterness to beer. Originally developed by the USDA, its strong antibiotic properties has seen them used in herbal teas, as an alternative antibiotic in livestock feed, right through to a bacterial inhibitor in the processing of sugar. As the name might suggest, they also make a tasty iced tea.
Use primarily as a late addition hop.
