·        The cooking chamber is 18/8 stainless steel (AISI 304) with refractory floor and central grill

·        Oven is separate from the wood combustion chamber, eliminating food contamination by fumes, ash and gases.

We have customized our Gemignani ovens with stainless steel to include an exterior removable shelf, stainless steel gabled top and side panels. All our ovens include a dual-purpose wheeled trolley and wood storage cabinet. A pizza peel, poker, pans, oven grates, moving poles, and refractory stones (2) are included. Gemignani ovens are guaranteed for 2 years, excluding the refractory slabs and electrical parts, which are subject to normal wear.
