Lallzyme EX is a specially formulated macerating enzyme for red and white wine.
Primarily used in red wines for improved color intensity, stability, greater mouthfeel and enhanced fruity, floral, and spicy flavors in wine. Can be used in white wines for increased extraction.
USE: Dissolve Lallzyme EX into a sufficient amount of water (usual ration is 1:100) and add to must along with your other additions prior to onset of fermentation. One package (.8 grams) is sufficient for 6 gallons.
