Lodi California Caterina Cabernet Sauvignon Grapes

Cabernet Sauvignon - Originated in the Balkan Peninsula and appeared in California in the 1880`s. Rich, elegant, and full bodied. Cabernet Sauvignon has intense color and flavor with high tannins and acidity. This wine is sometimes blended with Merlot or Cabernet Franc to add balance and softness.

Nose: Blackberry, anise, currants, subtle hints of pine.

Flavor: Black Currants, green olives, and chocolate.

About ordering Fresh Grapes

Our fresh grapes and juices will be harvested at their peak and shipped to Beer & Wine Hobby for puck-up around September or October based on the California weather. Check our Harvest Updates page for current information. Customers will be notified by phone ahead of their grape`s arrival.
