Marchisio Variable Capacity Fermenter Tank

The Marchisio variable capacity tank completely eliminates all air space by means of a sealable lid that literally floats on the surface of the wine. The lid is sealed airtight by an inflatable gasket. Thus, the tank is always full and your wine is protected from surface yeasts and oxidation. These are affordable stainless production tanks for applications ranging from Winemaking to pickled foods and Kombucha.

For your convenience and ease of use all our stainless steel tanks come complete with a heavy duty stand except for the 150 & 250 Liter models.
