Bass Ale Clone

Traditionally known as Burton Pale Ale this is one of the original Pale Ales considered to be of high quality due to the marriage of malts and hops with the superior water in the area. We`ve brought back the old style recipe which yields an amber-copper colored beer exhibiting just the right bitterness revealing woody spicy hop tones that result in a strong hop aroma.

Style: 11C - Strong Bitter

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 4.8%
