Beer Hall Helles - All Grain Kit

Our All-Grain Beer Hall Helles is inspired by the historical beer-halls of Germany. This classic Munich Helles recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser!

This beer is medium-bodied, straw colored, with a nice white head. The pilsner malt adds a bready note which is balanced by a light hop flavor and aroma. The lager fermentation process ensures this beer will be crystal clear. This easy drinking beer will leave you begging for another stein, so toss on your lederhosen, grab a pretzel, and raise your glass. Prost!

Style: 4A: Munich Helles 

Fermentation Temp: 50-55F

ABV: 4.5%

This is a lager recipe and will require fermentation temperatures ranging from 50F to 55F. If using liquid yeast we recommend doing a yeast starter prepared 2 days prior to brewing. Or pitch 2 liquid packs of yeast.

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.
