Dingemans Pilsen 2-Row Malt

A Belgian lager malt made from 2-row barley. Has a strong, sweet malt flavor. Like most modern lager malts, it is fairly well modified, and can be easily infusion mashed. Dingemans Pilsen is made from the finest European two-row summer barley. Light in color and low in protein, this malt is well modified and can easily be mashed with a single-temperature infusion.
