Czech 11P Pale Lager - All Grain

It cannot be understated the way that the Czech Pale Lager has influenced beer making the world over. These refreshing brews led to many types of pale lagers becoming the default beer style for many countries across the globe. Lately the style has also been undergoing a revival, with many American craft breweries making their own interpretations. Our true to style 11 degree Plato Czech lager has a sweet bread malt presence and multiple additions of the of Czechia's premier hop, Saaz, for an herbal kick. Best enjoyed in a half liter dimbled mug.

Frementation Temp: 50 - 55F, Cold Condition Beer at 34F

ABV: 4.4%
